Provision of a digital connection service for Data Processing Managers, healthcare workers and authorized holders of approval in the Republic of Croatia (“Authorization Holders”), ​regulatory bodies (public authorities) that keep registers of health workers and are responsible for conducting and evaluating continuous education and issuing licenses/approvals for independent work, in order to enable Holders of approval to carry out advertising and information activities for healthcare workers, in accordance with the applicable regulations and this Consent, as well as to organize digital workshops, courses and education of healthcare workers by the Holders of the approval and their authorized representatives in accordance with the applicable regulations and this Consent, and for the purpose of enabling regulatory bodies (public authorities) that maintain registers of health professionals and are responsible for conducting and evaluating continuing education and issuing licenses/authorizations for independent work, to carry out activities of their mutual cooperation in accordance with the applicable regulations and this Consent .

Use and disclosure or transfer of personal data

ovisnosti.huhiv.hr will use your personal data exclusively for the purposes of responding to inquiries that you have voluntarily sent, with the aim of helping you and providing access to special information and for the purposes of communicating with you.

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

At any time, you can exercise the following rights, within the limits provided by the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection:

The user can change or supplement his personal data at any time, which he will do by sending an e-mail to the Personal Data Protection Officer.

The user can request the completion or correction of data related to him that are incomplete or incorrect by sending a request to the e-mail address of the Personal Data Protection Officer.

With a request sent to the e-mail address of the Personal Data Protection Officer, the user can request confirmation of whether data relating to the user is collected or processed and which data are collected and processed. The request can be sent once every 3 months.
